Summary: The same old Sam and Dean love story, with a darkfic twist. Sam grew up in a concentration camp for monsters, Dean was raised an only child; together they make each other human.
Many Notes: Dear God, this chapter kicked my arse. First, before I could do anything, I got a horrible cold and it was a good week before my voice was back to normal, and I wasn't randomly hacking my lungs out halfway through the recording. Then everytime I wanted to record, Sylvester would start wheezing away like an asthmatic, thus ruining it.
And on pronounciation problems: oh my God, Campbell is apparently a really hard word to say out loud. Seriously, do you stress the P or the B? Campbell or Campbell. And is Rosenstein pronounced steen or stine? Well, it's now stine now because I am totally not going back and rerecording it! (Although I think I say steen once, but that's a character saying it, so it's TOTALLY IN CHARACTER FOR HIM TO MISPRONOUNCE IT AND NOT BECAUSE I CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER MY OWN CANON). On the plus side, I kinda like his voice. It's slow and a little slurred. And I have my usual difficulties with "Special Research". Why is that so difficult to say??
(Also, I am totally gonna do something fancy and hightech with Jonah's voice, but it was only in a newspaper that Dean was reading, so it didn't count. He doesn't actually speak until chapter eleven, and I'm probably gonna do the timestamp with him first, so I can experiment with something short that has his voice)
