Here's a interesting article from The Times about fan fiction What the Doctor did next by Matthew Syed. It has the obligatory side swipe at slash by an author, here J K Rowling, but the, male, author of the article is far more open minded (he's mentions Bodie and Doyle) and pretty positive about fan fiction as a whole. *nods* I totally agree, and it is a lovely surprise. I've really only been involved in yaoi (anime) fandoms before although I have read fics for Stargate, Sentinel and LotR but this is the first slash fandom I've been obsessed with ^_^! It was a complete accident too, I happened across the episode Stakeout on Men & Motors and was hooked!
