Feelin hot hot hot

I went hiking for 2 hours today in Wheat Ridge CO. Was fun, and pretty, but combine that with sun, heat, not many breezes, and that time-o-the-month, I was exhausted by the time I was done. I got home and slept for about 3-4 hours. I've been roasting my butt off too, and only just 5 minutes ago I realized it's because I got sunburnt. DUH.
