oh my goddd, I must try that brownie recipe, for srs, it sounds like the best thing ever, and totally worth the effort. I bake brownies as a knee-jerk reaction for everything. FINISHED NEW FIC? I'll bake you brownies! WAIT, YOUR BIRTHDAY WAS YESTERDAY? Hey, look, brownies! YOUR CAT DIED? Have brownies!

It's definitely worth the effort! Ha, I'm the same way with baked goods. I made a cake a little while back and my roommate asked what the occasion was and I was just like, "...occasion?" EVERYDAY IS BROWNIE DAY!
