Okay, I'm surfacing briefly from my PGSM-induced coma (I'm on ep 44 of 49, ALMOST FINISHED!) to let you know that this was awesome, and you are awesome, and I'm sorry I keep tormenting you because LOOOOOOOOVE. You pointed out pretty much all the things I loved and didn't love about TWHK but you said it much better than I could have.

Also I haven't watched any WWL yet but I'll be done with PGSM soon and then I can make a start on that.

dont worry, i havent started either. i find it's difficult to write fic for one drama while watching another one, and im currently in the middle of some Hana Kimi tw porn. plus, im downloading Snow Queen and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, because i have no willpower and im insane, so..yeah. let me know when you start WWL! i might start it tonight, but it depends on how much work i need to get done for school tomorrow. also, on the porn. ive got the piece written where Xui Yi accidentally watches Rui Xi and Quan get dirty, but he's drunk and he thinks he's dreaming, so it's all ok. i still need to write the hot springs porn, the up against the door grinding session, and the hallucination - her tongue is in my mouth makeout. id really love to have five, just because i like that number, but i cant think of another part i can easily porn up like i can those. *ponders*

In the VERY NEXT STORYLINE, post-attempted rape, Rui Xi is kidnapped, locked in a room, and nearly forcibly stripped by guys from Dorm 1. Hello, major flashbacks! She did have a bit of a breakdown--and that would have been the *perfect* opportunity to link the new trauma with the old.

I loved Quan and Rui Xi snuggling together in bed. And Quan getting jealous of Nan, only to realize that it must look really weird to Rui Xi. I *loved* his little line about how annoying it was to try and keep everything straight.

I love how protective Quan is. . . and the fact that doesn't keep him from teasing the heck out of Rui Xi.

That's it, I'm laying claim on Quan as my twdrama boyfriend.

I HAD TO SKIP RIGHT OVER THAT STORYLINE OR ELSE I WOULD EXPLODE INTO A BALL OF FLAME. AND NOT LIKE RAIN DOES EITHER.

...i have no idea why i skipped right over mentioning the sleeping together and the snuggling. because it was kind of awesome. especially the second time, where he was all JUST GET DOWN HERE and didnt give her the chance to say no.

i LOVE how much he teases her, and he really doesnt do it in a mean way. I love how protective he is, and how worried he is about Julia knowing he knows, and how pissy he gets with the photographer about the whole situation.

mmMMM, Quan. I think he should be everyone's twdrama boyfriend. *licks*

I dropped this and now I remember it must've been around the time for the attempted non-rape by the "good guy". I remember them kissing after Quan saves her but not the rest. Glad to know you're braver than me :Dv.

the non-rape kind of sends me completely around the bend, so i totally understand why you would have dropped it in disgust around that time.

it really is, overall and without looking at sexual assaults, a cute show. Quan and Rui Xi are ADORABLE and quite possibly have my favorite drama couple relationship.

Um...sorry but I'm a bit confused here.
The almost rapist was an "good guy" because he believed the person he tried to rape was a girl dressed as a boy? It that correct? So that means -if I got this right- that is ok to rape a person who is crossdressing?!!

that's pretty much how it's presented in a nutshell. it's enough to make me have to deal with this eye twitch that seems to result in homicidal urges.

or rather, he's a good guy, just "a little rude" to her. and he was so shocked to learn she went to a boy's school! Whoops!

*Sigh* I was afraid of that.
Really, sometimes the way mangakas think actually scares me (and dit-to on the homicidal rage).
So, if the guy just was "a little rude", then it would also be considered to be "a little rude" if one rip the guy apart, limb by limb? *Shrugs* Seams to be in the same kind of reasoning;)
