Basically, I just wanted an excuse to make a vid of Summer doing ballet to Chris Beck's "Magic Snow."

Oh, that was lovely =) I particularly loved the end with the placing of the T:SCC and Angel clips, especially the pirouette.

I can't seem to make this work. :-( Any chance of an upload somewhere? My computer hates to stream.

But you need a flash player to view it (or VLC player, which can play 99.9% of everything)

Although I'd be curious why YouTube would work and my player won't.

Thanks! I'm using firefox, and all I was getting was a big white space. :-( Youtube also seems to hate my computer as well, most of the time, but the flv should work just fine with my real player.

Let me know if it gives you any trouble. And I think you can update your browser's flash at http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ because things like YouTube should work fine with Firefox. I love Firefox.

*headdesk* What browser are you using? Do you have the latest flash installed? Do you get an error message? See my reply above yours for alternates, and let me know if I need to go back to offering wmv downloads.

Internet Explorer. I think so. No, just a white screen. I looked at your above links and was able to watch it through youtube.

That song is so pretty. I had never heard it before. It worked really well with the voice over. Really interesting concept to the vid too. It's amazing how well the scenes pieced together and Alison's responses worked for River. Well done.

That's odd, because I tested it with IE6 and it works fine, so I'm stumped. Can I get you to hit reload and see if there's any chance it was just momentarily down? But it's more likely something wrong with my player, although I've checked it in Firefox, Netscape, and IE with Windows XP, and Safari on MacOSX. I think http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ will tell you if you have the latest flash. And sorry for trying to use you as a lab rat, but this is driving me crazy. Why does YouTube work and not my player??

Anyway, thanks for sticking things out, hope the vid was worth the annoyance. And you should check out Chris Beck's music. He's the one responsible for all the gorgeous Buffy themes (which is where "Magic Snow" came from).

Wow, you edited it really well. I loved it! Very beautiful.

Can't help but notice your other videos and your Michael/Nikita one was sooo sad. They have got to be the angsty couple in tv history. I miss that show so much.

Forgot to comment here.

From an editor point of view, this was cleverly edited and I can totally imagine how the not-Firefly material must have originally looked like (since I haven't watched the other show).

From a random viewer point of view, this is way too much Summer Glau for my liking. ;)
