I really like CryoBurn and would say 'Keep going'. All of Lois' worlds suffer from 'we're all the same undifferentiated culture' disease.

I gave it another shot and it grew on me a lot by the end, though it's still not my favourite.

I cannot help but think of Real Steel (about a manly man and his manly battle robot) as a live action Angelic Layer (about an adorable little girl and her adorable little battle robot).

Ohh, yes, I can so see that after watching the trailer.

Sadly, I suspect that Real Steel is not going to be anywhere near as good as Angelic Layer.

I agree with you about Cryoburn - it wa vaguely interesting, but not enough characters that I like to make it really good.
