One Night/One Morning

Combination of the last two prompts, "One Morning" and "One Night". Tom Grace fic. And please excuse the timeline continuity...with Sydney's 2 year disappearance, and not having a whole lot of Grace's history, I just kind of had to wing it. If there is a blatant mistake, I wholeheartedly apologize.

The idea of Tom having lost a child resonates strongly with his wariness around Sydney, and yet his protection of her. Interesting idea!
