Did you see the video I posted on my Twitter a few days ago, about the metaphorical implications of The Hunger Games? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzvJ5UkbReY&list=UUOT2iLov0V7Re7ku_3UBtcQ&index=3&feature=plcp I tend to agree with him that the society in the books is not actually that far off from us. And we are the bad guys.

I've seen it now! And that assertion makes a whole lot of sense. I really do want to read the books sometime.
