I would've pointed you in the direction of the Olympus 4/3 system offerings over Nikon, or even Canon's Digital Rebel line, but hey, the D40X is still damned nice. What kind of lens comes with that one?

getting lenses for olypumses is harder. they aren't as readily avaliable but they are great. i have an old semi automatic one.

I just have the kit lens for my Digital Rebel XT. I want a 50mm prime though, reeeeeally fast one.
