Ok, so i have *finally* got full time work. But, they want me to work 12hrs a day, six days a week for £220 a week - £2 under the minimum wage and with no fixed break times and although the guys are ok to work with, i got told off for taking too long to make coffee and i don't think i could really hack it any more. But any money is better than none

Where on Earth is that? Surely you can find something else?! You shouldn't have to work for under the minimum wage - that's ridiculous. It's called the minimum wage for a reason, isn't it?

What about the plan to go to the South? Surely you'd find better paid, better organised work down there? You're going to be exhausted otherwise. And probably angry.

David's just informed me (well, said in passing) that the minimum wage of £4.85 is only for 22-year-olds and above. 18-21-year-olds have a minimum of £4.10. I didn't realise that. You're still getting less than you should if you work there, though. Please try to find something else. *hug*
