This is us in front of our pool (it still seems weird to type that) on closing day. We need to do lots of landscaping, and the back wall needs to be stuccoed (is that a verb?).

Knowing that the house was a foreclosure, I wondered what condition you found it in. It looks as though the grass was the only thing that suffered.
