Keane had decided to keep an eye on this event, purely for the sake of... Proving that he and Kain still existed. Besides, he wanted to meet and greet some of the players!

Though it was a bit of a downer to see that the administration had taken away most of their funding. It was hard to decorate for an event when you only had so much to work with, after all! Talk about being over worked and under paid. Harumph. But more importantly...

The green haired Flick Reaper smiled as he sat down on a nearby bench. At least the funding didn't put too much restraint on what he and Kain could do for content.

"Free food and drink! What more would you want?"

Did you know that you get pretty hungry after walking around for god-knows-how-long trying to find out where you are? Well, Jade knows that now! The food is a sight for sore eyes. She was beginning to think this place didn't have any. And the decorations must mean she has entered during a festival of some sorts. How exciting!

Excuse Jade while she acts like a child in a candy store.

"Oh, look who decided to show up! Hey there, Mr. Unprofessional~"

Have some snark from nearby, Keane. After all, it's soooo much easier to convey that sort of thing in person, after all.

Perhaps it wasn't the best idea to make fun of the mods, but Leviathan was feeling particularly entitled tonight.

"K-Koraaaa!" And a rather irate emote showed up next to Keane's head as he shook his fist at Leviathan. Why would you make fun of a 11 year old? Why?

This is because Prometheus won't stop making fun of Joe King huh? 8(

Between the two childish GMs and a rather trap_factory or two, where there was once clearly labeled alcohol and alcohol-free drinks now...

Not so much.

Might want to be careful how much you drink. (Or help the economy of Mac Anu by purchasing drinks at the vendors nearby!)

[ooc: Spiked drinks, for those who want a harder time with the quest to get some characters drunk. Be safe though; DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!]

Free food and drink was certainly not going to go ignored by Emil, who was starting to get rather hungry from all of his wandering about (he hadn't yet worked up the courage to go leave the town and fight monsters-- that was a last resort if he couldn't find somewhere to stay some other way). It... LOOKED free, so it wouldn't matter if he helped himself to some, right? Right.

Not to mention how incredibly thirsty he was right now...

Richter had been leaving the Alchemy District, money pouch kept at a reasonable size and inventory cleared when he came across the display in the middle of town. Another occasion so soon after the last one? Either this place just liked to celebrate or they were just full of surprises. Then again, the display wasn't nearly as lavish as it was the last time.

The lack of elaborate decorations adorning the town was a big difference.

What he didn't expect was to run into a familiar blond from his own world. Damn, of all the places to run into-

"Emil..."

Unfortunately for Richter, Emil had a few cups of what he thought was punch under his belt by this time. Okay, so it tasted a little funny for punch, but this was a different world, so maybe that's just what punch was supposed to taste like here. It also had a nice little side effect that came in the form of him feeling happier the more he drank-- something he wasn't about to protest given everything that had happened to him lately.

It took him a moment to identify the owner of that familiar mop of red hair - which seemed to be slightly blurry for some reason - before he waved and called out to him, smiling.

"Richter!"

After some time, a strange noise is heard throughout Mac Anu...

A sound... that is strangely similar to something springing...

Just what in the world could it be?

Without much more warning a stampede of Moon Rabbits start bouncing through the town! The lucky animals are small and rather light, but they make up for it in SHEER NUMBERS! Are you sober enough to catch one, let alone the five (5) needed for a level?

Or will you wait until your hangover is over later on in the week and have a different challenge all together? Lucky Animals are fast and hard to find normally, but it seems that the GMs are being merciful; the Moon Rabbits will remain in plain sight and seem to sway drunkenly every so often making catching them much easier in this event than normally.

... But man, those things still move fast, don't they?

Wary though he was, Kain had just been approaching the tables -- and the green-haired minder of such -- when the strange springing noise stopped him in his tracks.

What in ...?

Blink, blink; and an expression of sheer disbelief (with perhaps a touch of amusement) flickered across his face. Kain offered Keane a brief sharp smile and snorted before giving chase to the first Rabbits within reach.

"I suppose that I can try to ward them away from all this --!"

Phantom barely took in the event tables and all the rest; having been lured off-track by the sounds of the Rabbits, he all but wound up in the path of the stampede.

Fans flicking out, he squared his shoulders and prepared to take the things head-on. This sort of mob tactics was dangerous, bizarre animals or no --

He'll find that the fans do nothing while in town, turning from dangerous weapons in the fields to harmless items while in the safety of the Root Towns. However, Lucky Animals were programmed to avoid players so - in spite of Phantom's unfortunate location - many of the Moon Rabbits diverge and traveled around the Macabre Dancer. Considering that the rabbits seemed to be just a little bit tipsy, one or two would inevitably end up hopping into Phantom then harmlessly bouncing off of him. It was as if they were made from pillows(?)

Another person has also been drawn here by the sounds of Inarabbitta's long lost cousins rabbits. Unlike Phantom, Harpuia was late to the stampede, leaving him at the edge of the mob.

"Phantom!" Of course, when most of the Lucky Animals in The World happen to be light colors and rather small to boot, finding your sibling among them wasn't all that hard. Though Harpuia was kicking himself for not explaining how The World worked to Phantom sooner. "Lower your weapons before the GMs notice!"
