I was diagnosed with ME when I was eleven. I now have reason to believe it was actually the first signs of my thyroid playing up, but I can certainly understand the myriad of aches and pains, lethargy and downright despair associated with it.
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis - also known as ME, or Chronic Fatigue syndrom. Stupidly named 'Yuppy Flu' by idiotic GPs in the '90s, who didn't 'believe' in it. More recently found to have a lot to do with the brain stem and a lack of blood making it to the brain.
Awful bitch to live with, made more so by the disbelievers :(
Cheers, mate. When I was about your age I had it the first time, and was living away from home and temping - so I had to go to work or I couldn't live. I was leaving the house at 6.30/7.00am and getting home again at seven because I had a long commute, and as soon as I got in all I'd do was sleep. I was literally living to work.

I've had a look and it comes under the label of Chronic Fatigue.
I can see why that would be a real bitch to live with.
