The Stoke- Liverpool match today was heartbreaking- Liverpool gave their all and deserved to win. Instead, the old problem of conceding late goals from set pieces was all too apparent, and then there was just plain bad luck. Lucas should have earned at least a penalty (someone better make sure Lee Mason never refs another game for us this season) and then Kuyt hit the post at the last minute, denying us a winner. It feels like shit, but I'm proud of how we played, and I feel bad for Benitez on this one, because his hands were well and truly tied in regard to tatics, players available, etc.
