I can't remember what happened, I know he was posting a few songs here and there under his name (Dallas Green), these songs have been around for awhile I think. Anyway, people started to really like his work, and kept asking him when he was going to put out an album. Finally he did, but he didn't think his work was that good, so he put it under City and Colour (City=Dallas, and Colour=Green). He might have had it under a different name, I just know the album is called Sometimes, because he said he "sometimes" will put out songs, it's not a constant thing. And this is all from an interview he did for Much Music, so I am not that weird :[ haha
