well ive started working a second part-time job with zane at the wonderful CAFFE ARTIGIANO! soooo great. we make the best coffee ever, hands down. don't bother trying to argue with me about it.

I think you should come over and make me coffee. Because I just made some and somehow it's DISGUSTING. Granted, all I have is a french press, but I didn't do anything different than I normally do!

Does this mean you are leaving art school, or sticking it out to the end of the semester? I wasted two semesters & a bunch of money in school for graphic design, but yeah, realizing that I didn't need or want that crap was definitely worth the experience. Good luck, and keep updating!

the times ive screwed up my french presses at home, is when the grind is too coarse, or i let it brew to long.

and yes it means im leaving art school. i feel great about it :)

Haha oh god, Kelsall babies! That'll be fun times, you have to make sure to bring them to Halifax to visit.

My life? Nothing other than finishing student teaching at Chole Harbour High on Friday and starting at Millwood on Monday.

I want to try the $15 coffee! I stayed in the same hostel in Bern, Switzerland a few years ago as many competitors in the world barista championships. They told me all about it and it was fascinating!

I wish there were one of your cafes in Scotland...
