Hmm. I remember I had a theory, but I've forgotten it now. I'll try to find time to reread that volume.

I like that volume because it has a lot of my favorite character, Nuala. For some reason I felt really drawn to her, even more than Death or Del. I'm planning on doing a site for her eventually called "Petal". Still, it's also a very sad part of the story.
