In which Amy updates Alexiel.net

It has been a while, but I've finally updated Alexiel.net again. There is a new layout, new link buttons, and a different format for my network page. I've wanted to shake things up for a while now, but I just now decided to stop being lazy and actually do it.

Wow, this is pretty different from what you usually do. It's great that you experiment. The result is very nice. :) I've also been wanting to try out that type of layout (static image on one side), just for one-page shrines. However, I ended up skipping the one page marathon this summer and my plans for figuring out that code were skipped too. ^^;

That's very thoughtful of you to consider the latecomers at the community memes. You absolutely deserve the current member of the moment spotlight. ♥

Thank you. I ended up cheating on the coding and design a little bit because I still haven't quite figured out how to have one static background across the top and another static background that fills the rest of the page. I just made one background really long. =\ Maybe when you give it a try later you'll see a better solution than I did.

Ah! Thanks. I thought I would explain because I didn't want to seem like I go around ignoring specific individuals in the community. It just happens that certain people tend to get there first.

Thank you for checking it out. I have so many sites but I just don't want to close any of them. =) I hope this format spreads them out a little bit.

I really enjoy your Mrs. Lovett page. It was one of the first few pages from the marathon I read in its entirety. A great take on a fiendish character.
