Ian was no where near London at the time which is good.
God those attacks have really shaken me up.

My day was very muddled. I spent most of it walking the dog because I was to worried to consontrate on anything else.

Well I know I haven't had much to say and it seems no one had much to say to me either. I got a new bed the other day. My family over in England have a bet going to see how much longer I'm going to be alive for. The last week I've lost two kilo's due to throwing up and having this wonderful thing that is going around. Not much else to say so yeah
