Now that I'm no longer with Memory Lane/Classmates, I no longer have photo opportunities on my bus commute, over Elliott Bay, etc. I've finally uploaded the last of those to Flickr. Here are some highlights:

Crows rule! Though I love the eagles and seagulls as well, I will miss our crow friends in the back yard.

I get that, but I think every place has its issues. Seattle is beautiful, but for a while there my personal life was pretty hellish. Coming back to Texas and my family and friends there will be a welcome feeling - like coming back to the Shire after hanging out in Gondor for three years.

I think if everything were perfect, happiness wouldn't be possible for me - I need a bit of a challenge to make me value the joy when it shows up.
