I am looking forward to the new Hong sisters' drama, "My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox" with Shin Min Ah. My faith in Hong sisters , quite shattered after the betrayal of "Hong Gil Dong", was restored by the good dose of funny in the form of "You're beautiful". The male lead for Gumiho's Revenge was the young Oh Soo in Mawang???? I am even more sold. (I was already excited for Han Eun Jung - she was wonderful in Seoul 1945).

In some ways, I am even more interested in GR than in the Hong Sisters' version because for me the HGD/YAB equation has been reversed - I loved HGD (and their other dramas) but YAB was very much not my thing and it was their latest. Plus, you know me, I always go for an angstfest over a romcom.

Any idea when Revenge starts? I know the Hong Sisters drama starts in August.

I even liked her as evil secondary ladies - I think she is good!

I think "My girlfriend" might be more to your liking than YAB , Shin Min Ah is sure to play a strong lady!

So far there is no definitive date, but it says July everywhere.

I am off to scout your posts to find out who ends with whom in "Love Shuffle". :D Edit: no , I will resist and watch this properly. I have a feeling the ending is gonna be good.

Hong Sisters are sure to bring us a fabulous drama, but I am a bit worried about the leads. Shin Min Ah is great, so is Lee Seung Gi, but them together.. Doesn't she seem a bit too old?

I think she'll do well for a 100-year old gumiho. Me - i am more worried about him. He is a bit young for me and his looks are not my thing, but this can change.

I'm excited for both because I think they'll offer very different things. Girlfriend Gumiho sounds like a romantic comedy with fun action sequences and Revenge sounds angsty and dramatic. I'll probably watch both. But because I'm a Shin Min Ah fangirl? I'm more excited for Girlfriend. Also, Lee Seung Ki!!! He's adorable and he'll be playing a kind of dorky character. WANTS!
