Sweetest fluffiest drama which is promising to become my Korean "It started with a kiss" (with the Korean depth of emotions as additional plus). I have seen 6 episodes out of 26 so far.

AHH Dong-Won looks adorable in 1%. He looks great in a suit too :swoon:. I haven't seen a really fluffy drama in awhile. I will need to check it out sometime. There's so many dramas to watch. Is this tying you down until Snow Queen/Ep4 HYD? :) I really love HYD too. I can't squee enough about it. Suddenly every Friday and the day that subs comes out feels like x-mas now. I love that he reads all the time too. I wonder if he actually reads those books..

Oh, I am sure he does, how otherwise he would have been so wise beyond his years?? It is always the same - when Sojiro and Akira don't know what to do, Rui just says something very quietly and to the point. :D I hope Shizuka IS coming in two weeks!! ** shakes her fist **

And "1 percent" is so fabulous up to now!!

I agree he always says the best things. I think she may show up next episode. Gah, this episode is going to be killer. Hopefully we find out what happened between her and Shizuka. I wonder what she wrote to him and made him pull out his violin. I think the main thing that driving me crazy is Rui saying I like you Makino and then the kiss. It makes me gasp every time i rewatch the promo. I'm a dork I saw the promo about three times ^_^

I'm glad you're enjoying 1%. Over the weekend, I enjoyed Kimi Wa Petto and I'm about half way done with Lovers (Korean Drama). :)

It doesn't seem like she wrote any good news. :D But I want him to be a prt of the happy relationship so much, and I know Lei fell in love with Shancai in "Meteor Garden", but I hope this is going to be different. Rui is so awesome that I don't want him to suffer even a little bit.

I hope this is all will be his cunning way to bring Makino and Domyoji together. I remember, Rui did look very sad when he was trying to ring Shizuka - and why would he be if not for still being in love with her?

Ceres is rather dark...they left out a lot in the anime...partly because it would have changed the tone a fair bit, but i wish they'd left a lot more in...for one thing, Shuro, the singer, actually has a much more developed back story, and is semi-regular throughout.

I quite like the darkness. One thing that was worrying me were some jumps in the storyline. The one you mentioned before, with the singer, just came out of nowhere. And for the life of me I could not understand why people from C-project didn't just seize Aya and put he into some celestial-proof cage (they had some good chances), but let her wonder around without any serious supervision.

I think the Shuro ep was there so her fans wouldn't kill them. In the manga, they go hunting for other celestial descendants, and Shuro is one of the first ones they find. I love Shuro because, aside from Toya, she has has the most messed up past but she's the most together of them all, much like Gojyo in Saiyuki, and every time she shows up its like all their brains instantly get screwed on straight(probably because she'll either physically or verbally beat them up if they don't).

But as far as the jumps in general...basically, the first half covers about 4 books, and the second half the other 10(i suspect they originally planned it to be as long as Fushigi Yugi)

You could feel this - too many characters for a short amount of screen time.

I am so ready to start FY and even ** gasp ** pick up manga or two. I have never read it before - this will be a new experience!!

I am finally absolutely converted into Kang DOng Won love. I mean , I liked him in "Duelist", but it was too short to develop fully grown obsession. :D I must must see more of him.
