Great poem. I love how open-ended it is. Reading this a few times, I could interpret it different ways: from just feeling detached to going through withdrawal. Welcome to LJ Idol!

Thank you! I think one advantage to poetry is that it can, or should be open to any number of interpretations. And it is certainly not the author's right to contest any one of those interpretations.
