And lots of Ian is always a good thing in this story, although I fear he and his team of rescuers have a serious problem from my vantage point (as a reader I speak from a privileged position, of course.):
They might potentially make things ten times worse for Viggo and Sean both. Because, remembering that the Alter was created to protect Viggo, he just might feel it necessary to attack now, ere Viggo's angel can leave, and, in the Alter's logic, betray them both... *frets*
This story is very interesting and please don't leave me hanging...
