It was a big deal here on Thursday. Y'know besides the record breaking heat we had.

However, there's already a State Constitutional Amendment proposed for the November Ballot to reverse this decision. It's got 1.1 million unverified signatures, and was turned into the State (I want to say Controller but I know that's wrong) on Friday. Hopefully we'll hear by mid-June (after our Primary the first Tuesday) whether they have the 657,000+ (Not sure of the last three digits, just remembered it was 657,000 plus some extra) signatures to be a Constitutional Amendment ballot measure. Le Sigh. Sometimes I hate people.
