So. I've stopped working on my pile of stuff long enough to post because I am so proud of myself for getting my shit done at the photo archives in less than 15 minutes. I need to get my school mode switched back on properly because I am missing out on far too much internet time. I have barely read or done anything online

Shoo, when I started, I missed Manual so much, and detested pretty much everything about the way college was. Plus I was insanely homesick. It's not easy, but by the time I was home for Christmas and it was time to go back for second semester, I couldn't wait. I don't really know when it happened, but at some point I just started loving college. And then, in the summer, once you have to have four months off... well, I'm dying to get back to school.

I'm sure it's not the same for everyone, but a lot of people don't like it at first and end up loving it.

I think the Manual separation anxiety is made worse by the fact that I'm around it all the time. Though it is nice to be able to steal their parking after 2:20.

At least you've started. I Have to wait till tomorrow and my stomach is in knots. I have no idea what I'm going to with all my books for all four of my classes. Not to mention the fact that I still don't have the route to school memorized all the way yet. I don't want to go.

By the way what do you want for your birthday? I'm coming over Friday after work.

Blah, yeah UofL (right?) is rather not nicely set up. However, look at it this way: Your whole campus isn't built up and down and around a giant hill. My legs/ass/everthing hurts 98% of the time.
But I've only had 3/6 of my classes today, I have the last 3 tomorrow. (:
