SO here it is, about to be week 5, and I have yet to sya anything about working at ODS. THe truth, is that for the most part, being a program leader is a complete blast. Karm, I only quickly scanned your entry. I'll post a longer thing later...But yeah in terms of philosophy of Sl's its something that you really have to watch the SL for. Because some SL's are happy being where they are at, and staying in their shell.

BUT there are a few that you can challenge to a larger level that you can possilbly think. Those who take it so seriously they think about this stuff. I was in that position and I was asked do you want to be an average SL or the best SL ever. I chose the latter.

Get questions and make them ask why am I doing this and how can I make it better.

Strive for them to be the best they can be, and ask questions on if I did it differently how would it work. Get those 4-6 timers to step back and teach by letting go.

if you feel the staff should teach the sls more about the philosophy and meaning of ods, then you should start doing it, and then maybe the rest of them will catch on......that way , you will know you are doing your best job possible!
