So few people have actually read the Bible that I think if I ever hear someone say anything like "I was reading the Bible, and--" I'll interrupt with "Bullshit." If they ask for clarification (IE, "What???"), I will say, "Only atheists read the Bible

I've read parts of the bible, parts of the santainc bible, little fragments of the quaran, and some bits of other religious texts.

Lots of believers have read the Bible. I don't understand how they can read that and still believe God is a loving being, but somehow it happens. Compartmentalization is an amazing thing.

Yahweh was an alien monster from outer space. Jesus tried getting people to throw out the old testament version, and they ended up trying to believe both contradictory books at once. Go figure.
