does anyone ever actually 'complete' web-based activities? I am sceptical . . .

I can't access facebook! Forget even beginning my web based activities. But I would say some web-based activities, such as filling in financial aid forms or applying for independent scholarships can indeed be completed. Others, such as facebook, cannot.
Does this answer your skepticism?
