Note: Since there was stated that the recent Norrington Fic Fest is also Art Fest, I've tried to take up a prompt by veronica_rich, who asked for something elegant with the Commodore - I dunno, featuring some random items used together well. Here you go: lace, ballroom, fan, and champagne. The result is more 'prompt inspired' than 'prompt fulfilled', but I hope it meets the general spirit of it.
He took a breathing space from the social duties and all offensive courtesy of the cream of society and fled for a moment on the terrace, literally and figuratively taking off the mask. Due of the sort of the ball, he's civilian here, but still Navy blue in heart.
It's an experiment a bit, cause I've never before coloured anything digitally. And I have no tablet. Aargh...! It was terrible. To tell the truth, I'm not satisfied with this, but as for a work with almost no reference, could be worse, a lot. *g*
