hamsterwoman and hastily thrown together before my lack of time/tiredness/the heap of other things in need of doing could catch up to me. So, there’s ten themes, which resulted in a list of songs that often wouldn’t even make it to ‘My Favs’ list in other circumstances, but overall they span from “love ‘em” to “they fit and I don’t hate them”. 1) liczba piosenek w każdej kategorii jest dowolna,
2) chodzi o treść piosenki, a nie tytuł?
Wcale się nie zaczęłam zastanawiać nad swoimi typami *gwiżdże*
And Cheetaway doesn’t even really exist, as far as I know...

Meme philosophy at its finest.
O co chodzi, nic nie zauważyłam. *gwiżdże*

No nie? Tyż byłam w szoku... (KLIK!!! :)

Znam i wolę od oryginału :D Lubię też śląskie "Grosza daj wiedźminowi", a hitem jednego wyjazdu było to:

Wartość dodana. Czy jakoś tak. XD

Of your set, of the new-to-me ones, I really enjoyed Red Hot (love this kind of fiddle stuff!) and "Dozwolone od (do) lat 18" was really cute!
I kept thinking of ships, too, for my vehicle one, and then planes, and it was actually much harder to come up with a land-going thing.
Also, a LOT of Russian songs about coachmen, but all the ones I know well that I looked up turned out not to have the profession ("yamschik") in their title.
And finally try to stop me from including Meluzyna.
... I have no words XD
A few of these wouldn't play for me ("video not available in your country" and such) but I looked up "Małgośka" on my own, so your nationalist duty is fulfilled ;P (possibly I should've posted "Katyusha", hmm...)

We should add some more categories. :>
a neat way to go through some songs that are not necessarily my favorites, yeah, but were fun to revisit. And discover same on my flist ;)
This, and going through wouldn't be half this fun if not the bringing it to others' attention part.
of the new-to-me ones
Which ones weren't new? :) (And might surprise me?)
love this kind of fiddle stuff!
Hah, but there's fiddle stuff and there's Vanessa. ^^

It was this close to falling the victim of culling... :') Turns out, good I didn't.
it was actually much harder to come up with a land-going thing.
I thought of Queen's "Bicycle Race", but I'd rather something else from them (Who Wants to Live Forever, We Will Rock You, The Show Must Go On...) none of which fit neither category...
Also, a LOT of Russian songs about coachmen, but all the ones I know well that I looked up turned out not ( ... )

I'm game for part 2 :)
Which ones weren't new? :) (And might surprise me?)
Probably no surprises ;P I've heard 'Konj' of course, and "Cotton Eyed Joe". You've also linked me to "white cross" before, and I'm pretty sure to 'Yizhachok" also (or at least to Flit, and I might've followed YouTube sidebar to Yizhachok, and some (maybe all?) of the ship ones. Oh, and I've heard Ievvan Polka before XD and Greensleeves and a number of the instrumentals.
Were you interested in some in particular?
I think I looked up all the ones I was especially intrigued by, like Malgoska, so while I probably didn't hear the best/curated version, I got an idea.
Oiii, I actually had a fleeting thought of including that, but I decided it's too popular.
Oh, actually, that reminds me that what I SHOULD have included, for the profession one, is Korobeiniki, which I legit love as a song, and before I ever heard of the association with Tetris or of Tetris itself.

Taking you up on this! ;) Now I'm only missing at least two not-too-narrow categories for a new full ten... Any ideas?

Okay, I have Plant, Toy*, Weather, Time, Body Part, Clothing, Famous Figure, Landmark, Instrument, Sport
*combined category Toys & Tools?
Any alternatives? thoughts on wording? anything?
@Korobelniki
Yes, you should! :D I might vaguely recall it, but in my procrastinating before the mature exam gaming times I usually chose the one at the beginning here, marked as 1984. Btw, I think naming and bringing the source of a super popular but effectively nameless tune is a much better choice than just bringing up a super popular song everyone can name.

Yes! The definition of "vehicle" in Merriam-Webster says, "a means of carrying or transporting something // planes, trains, and other vehicles." A ship is "a means of carrying or transporting something."
