Sam gets tied up a lot. Dean does too, but not as often as Sam, and what’s essential, he can’t rival with Sam’s master level of Dramatic SufferingTM. Restrained Dean is most often between annoyed and angry, and/or posing for derisive. Restrained Sam is the allegory of misery painted with angst and framed in fur of murdered little seals. And with their eyes.
