I <3 SF X3 It's a really awesome place to live, I must say. It's taken me some serious getting used to, but I love it ^^

When we lived south of SF, in Monterey, Matthew and I would drive up there to see the sights, and so that I could hunt down my favorite ling hi mui candies from some of the stores in china-town. It's impossible to find that stuff outside of Hawaii and china-town shops.

And like, the worst night of my life happened in SF, when our car broke down going up one of those really steep hills (clutch burned up), I was seven months pregnant, and NOT ONE of our friends (in the MILITARY!) would drive up from Monterey to come get us. We spent the night at a bus station until the next buses left, and when we got back, everyone in the platoon got chewed out for leaving us stranded. ESPECIALLY since I was so damned pregnant at the time. :/

But, I also got a whole lot of awesome memories and pictures (lost in a box somewhere)...
