It's like potato chips, I can't stop reading. :D I love the tension in your writing, but poor Don never catches a break. Who was the strange pushy female agent who miscalculated so badly? And OMG, they aren't really going to kill Don? So what is the game? And who is going to fry her butt for her mistake, and possibly, or really getting another agent killed?
Yes. In my head canon Dean would do anything to avoid killing a human being - innocent bystander, Cop, FBI Agent, another hunter, victim of a demon/supernatural being - doesn't matter. I know the show went in a bit of different direction but as I said - my head canon. :)
Sorry, I'm a little late to the party here, but I just had to tell you how much I loved this first chapter. I could point out that I really like the idea of the double set-up meeting in the beginning. I could list all the great lines (Dean's especially). I could rave about the image of Don, on his knees in front of an open grave, with Dean holding a gun to the back of his head (OMG). But, really, just Dean and Don together made the story. They always do. Great characters, great writing.

Puzzled, but intrigued, love your writing. -SB

Ah, so many questions. :)
And as to Don catching a break - you have noticed I like him at the mercy of Dean, no?
See you tomorrow!

Is it "soon" yet?

Love the tension! And I'm curious about what Dean plans to do with Don (no, he won't shoot him.)
Thank you!

I love this 'verse, Don v Dean is just too much fun to leave alone.

But, Dean wouldn't really ... would he?

The image you picked was what inspired me to write this but as you have since discovered there was only one way to make that work...
