Yesterday I looked at a couple places in Nanaimo for us to rent. I had to go with just Jack because Jordan was working. There was one place I really like. It's a single floor duplex, with a giant backyard and deck.. even a tree house! And the lady was actually EXCITED that I have a cat. What landlord is excited about cats? Apparently I'm no longer eligible to receive interest relief (no interest and no payments) on my student loans because it's been five years since the last time I got my loans. We are just getting by until my part-time school (which I can't apply for a loan for) finishes and I start working, but somehow I'm suppose to start making my student loan ( Read more... )

A few days ago I phoned the national student loans to see what the hell I should do, because they said I didn't provide enough documentation for interest relief. I sent the ONLY documentation I had, because EI does everything online pretty much, so they don't send me anything, not even paystubs. I was approved for interest relief for BOTH of my student loans!! Woot!!! This excites me and gets rid of a little more stress. No more interest and no more payments until March. :D

I'm applying for interest relief on my student loans, again. I just have no money. I may not pay rent, but I make quite a bit less than I did in Victoria. I've got student loans, car insurance, car payments etc to pay.. blah. hopefully BOTH student loans approve me this time.
