This was really good, you have a nice writing style in first person which I think it's difficult to write... :) (that was a compliment from sleepy me xD) It didn't make me suicidal but it put me in the mood to write some angst... T-T

Ah man this really means a lot coming from you...*girlish squeals* I usually never ever ever write first person but I've been trying to challenge myself lately. And you write such delicious angst..."And Death won't do us part" made my heart ache for days. The most perfect parts were when Saga is sitting dazed on the kitchen floor in Tora's jeans, numbly incapable of taking anything in, because that felt piercingly real to me, and when Shou shows up and drives everything home with this indescribable finality. Ugh, the way you captured that anguish was stunning. And of course, the other most perfect part:

Your funeral was magnificent, blooming tiger lilies everywhere, and we played Stray Cat, just like you wanted. And when Shou couldn't finish the song because he could hardly even breathe through the sobs, I did, the tremors in my voice bringing everyone to tears. I didn't cry that day.

Oh my god that was heartbreaking and perfection.
