You got the idea EXACTLY.

So sweet. And not just because it involves Nervous Subject (a personal favorite).

It's like a sweet letter to the son they CHOSE. What a way to really make the boy feel welcome.

(oh and side note, I adopted that Andrew into a house before and I made him the best little prick of a child EVER--he grew out of it a bit but he's still a little dickish)

Its a very simply moveobject trick. :)

Just get a sim (or two in this case) to sleep on the bed. Once the bed takes shape, delete the sim (or move it, but because they are sleeping is kind of tricky to place any where esle, they get stuck and cant 'wake up' or move. A bit messy in general so I just use the easy way) then you can use that bed to 'cover' sims cuddling/kissing in any other similar bed ...

you may imagine how it looks if they are making out !! LOL!! I made a whole scene like that and at some point i wasn't even sure if could actually post the pictures or not!! ROFL!

It might need some Photoshop retouching on some corners tho, but with right angles you don't even notice ;)
