Of course it's alright.

But... how have you read it already? I've only just posted it. LOL!

:P

And good, the pacing was one of the things I was most worried about, but drjenny88 assured me it was ok.

That was quite beautiful; the relationship between Merlin and Arthur was just right, from the banter and insults at the start to the emotion of the ending. The slow reveal with the flashbacks worked really well, and I loved the last section particularly. This is a gem.

Thank you. I'm glad you felt that telling the story in two halves worked :)

Aww, that last part just completely broke me- the whole build up to it was very well done and I really enjoyed the story and the sort of "forboding" it gave to any potential Arthur/Merlin. The poor babies! ::wibbles::

Thanks for sharing!

:P It was kind of intended to do that, so I'm glad it worked. I'm glad that you could see the Tristan and Iseult story in relation to Merlin and Arthur. I wasn't sure how clear that was.

Oh the ending. Just. :( You combined my favourite pairing with one of my favourite Arthurian myths and woah, it is so quietly heartbreaking.
