Shameless Plug to Try and Raise Money for the CCFC

This June, I’ll be co-ordinating and participating in the 11th Annual Heel ‘n’ Wheel-a-Thon in order to raise money for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada (CCFC). The CCFC is a national not-for-profit voluntary medical research Foundation, whose mission is to find the cure for inflammatory bowel disease

Done and Done!
I think i've donated more to the CCFC than any other cause, ever. It's a good cause so i don't mind at all. And besides, they have an awesome catchphrase. I mean "Got Guts" is smart and sassy and it kicks "LiveStrong's" ass! hahahaha.
