so get this. last night at midnight, i found out that the shower faucet in my washroom is somehow causing a leak in the pipes within the walls, and has actually flooded the unit below mine. i now have to replace the faucet asap for $550 [and possibly spend more to get the wall re-tiled after the plumbers are done], and around $300ish for the water

we can be plumbing woes buddies. Our shower decided not to turn off last night so we turned off the water to the house, which then caused that valve to leak. :(
