spent most of the day drafting a letter to the condo management. they're notorious for trying to weasel out of covering repair costs, so i'll have to be very strict about this - especially since the full extent of the water damage will not be apparent for at least a month. i don't want them to just fix the immediate issues and then refuse to cover
