i have returned from the big apple, but i wish i was still there. there were a few slight hitches here and there, but the trip was fantastic. we boarded the greyhound in front of the royal york hotel on friday evening, and while the bus ride was long, it wasn't too shabby. we had a long wait at the border crossing at niagara b/c so many other buses ( Read more... )

awh cam i totally understand! i am dying to find out yours and candi's reactions next week, and i wish more than ever that we could've all gone together.

this entry is SUPER SPOILERIFIC so it's a good idea for you to hold off. i don't talk too much about his peen anyway :P

but! it's pretty. ALL OF HIM IS PRETTY. and it's weird b/c he makes me want to take care of him with his midget size and his natural dorkiness, but at the same time i want to ravage him senseless hehehehe. perfect blend i guess :D

ps:- i'm going to have to steal your icon b/c now that i've seen him in the flesh, i agree with the sentiment more than ever ;)

*grins* May I just say I love you right now? And NOT because of the details about the peen, but because you noticed things I would have noticed. Like the the fluid set changes, and the acting and the moments of the actors playing the horses and the lighting and *smiles* I miss Teching.

I'm so envious of you.

hehe thanks babe! i am always impressed by set changes and all the techie parts of stage shows. i've performed in a lot of dance dramas and dance shows in general, and i think what truly sets a professional performance apart from an amateur one [besides the actual talent of the participants] are the scene changes and the props and the lighting. often i enjoy watching those parts better than the plays themselves, especially when it comes to musicals ( ... )

i wish i could watch it whenever i wanted to! i've always thought the story is very interesting, so i think i would've enjoyed the play regardless of who was playing what role, but seeing dan made it extra special.

i tried to be objective while watching the play and not just think "OMG THIS ROCKS B/C IT'S DANIEL RADCLIFFE", and so i was super happy to see him play the role of alan so well.

OMG THE "MOUNT HIM" LINE! and the one about THE CREAM! and when he's talking about the power of being in control and loving nugget's sweet breath and the sweat of his flesh, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! i thought i would explode from how hot it was! every time he was with lorenzo, he was seriously fulfilling every slash fan's dirty fantasies, lol!

i can't believe you got to talk to him, i'm so incredibly jealous! if i knew that the actors would be leaving from the front entrance, i would've rushed out to catch a glimpse. i've seen rupert grint REALLY CLOSE UP but it would've been even more awesome to see dan from such a small distance.

first off, lj can be so stupid sometimes! also, your icon is SO HOT that i've been staring at it for the past 5 mins. NOT KIDDING.

my friends in new zealand told me that equus was a mandatory text in their high school english syllabus, which is why they were so excited when it was announced that the play would be revived and dan would be acting in it. did you by any chance have to study it in school too? i think it would definitely be an interesting piece to explore in an adolescent classroom setting..

i really wish plays in general would do world tours, much like bands do with their concerts. i know most of the actors would be replaced, but as long as they kept the principals the same, wouldn't it simply be fantastic? it was difficult and expensive enough for me to go to nyc from toronto [and we're only an hour's plane ride apart], so i completely understand how frustrated you must feel in such situations. sigh. why can't we just win the lottery already?
