I was wondering whether it had reached the car park. Looks like it just about made it.

They've got flood protection devices they can fit in front of the lift doors in St Andrews House in case it gets that far, gives them a few feet more leeway before it tries filling the lift shafts.

It took out the half-dozen spaces in that corner that flood first. I've seen them flooded before. But not the whole car-park.
