Our buddies over at Massively alerted us to the malevolent presence of an upcoming Twilight MMORPG.

Doesn't this world have enough problems?

I, for one, see great opportunity.

I see great opportunity if the MMO's PvP system allows endless killing of the player characters named xxBellaxx.

That is the scariest thing I've heard all day. Who will save us from all the Bella and Edward wannabes? (And as the original post asks, why this instead of a Harry Potter MMORPG?)

If they allow PvP, I cheerfully volunteer myself in advance for slaying all Bella and Edward clones over...and over...and over...

And great to see you around, Muse. :)

...at least it will get the Twilight roleplaying guilds off of Azeroth?

(narcissus and I once considered rolling a belf DK named "Sparklepeen" and apping as a joke to < Twilighters > on my old server.)

Interestingly, Dan O'Halloran's response to the news in our backchannel was:

/sparkle

You just KNOW that will be an emote.

Only if we allow said problems to live longer than 5 seconds without being killed and camped again.

Only.
