The footnotes stuck after reading Pratchett's style D: I found myself loving the footnotes and putting footnotes everywhere! I had to stop. It was like a horrible addiction.

Thanks! :D It was difficult doing Arthur's name since, well, I really did try pronouncing his name in a complicated way
