They look like the ones in the Hetalia comm. There's a girl (or at least, I think it's a girl) that makes them and puts up printable sheets with them. If I had a working printer I'd so print out Romano~ <3

I've printed Germany, Spain, and Prussia in his black SS uniform (which, I think, is the coolest of all) but I have yet to start working on them... too lazy to snatch the scissors... -__-
