It can go as media mail, since CDs are counted under "sound recordings," I believe. And no, it doesn't come with the obi, unfortunately!

Hi, thanks for your interest. All three of those items are available. Shipping with full tracking from the US is unfortunately very expensive because the magazines and photobook are heavy, about 1.7 kg. I looked and here are the options I found:

First Class Mail: no tracking, about 2.5 weeks - $29
Priority Mail box: partial tracking (departure and delivery, 1-2 weeks - $48 <-can add up to 5-6 more magazines without changing price
Priority Mail envelope: no tracking, 1-2 weeks - $17 <- this will just be in a bubble envelope, no cardboard protection
