Title: Russian Roulette

Summary: Life deals Nakamaru a wild card when he least expects it.
Author’s Note: Loosely inspired by how Ueda kinda drifts in and out ~mysteriously~ in Nakamaru’s Snowflake PV. I get weirder by the day.

( Nakamaru stares at the remaining crumpled bills in hand and the numbers displayed in red on the ATM machine. )

One-shot? Noooo, it begs for a multy-chapter. Now I'm dying to understand who was Ueda really. And there're still so many questions.
And this was so well written!!!
I hope for continuation!

A part two might follow if the right form of inspirations comes by but... we'll see. It's tentative 8D

It probably won't be a multi-chapter I suck at updating, urgh but a sequel might be possible. I have an idea but the pieces just aren't quite falling together so.. we'll see ^^;;

I like Ueda being all mysterious and having fun while Nakamaru is struggling for his life. ^^

There’s a sense of familiarity to the name yet Nakamaru can’t seem to put a hand on it
I'm soooooooo curious if this means they've met each other before. After all Ueda knows Nakamaru's name. As much as I like to think of him as a devil of some sorts, them knowing each other is more interesting~

Instead of requesting Yuichi to keep the favour in mind, Ueda could have been asking him to recall their past meetings 8D I mean, that was what I had in mind when I was writing... Urgh, too much imagination.

Excellent fic.

I like that Nakamaru doesn't get any answers as to who Ueda is, how he's pulling off all the winnings, or even why he's helping.
He's just there, being mysterious.
