Alby, the expressions in these are just beautiful! I haven't even read the story and my heart just aches for them. Look at those gorgeously rendered eyes, and omg the eyebrows, I'm in love with their eyebrows. And the crosshatching is amazing! Is that the new pencil? And then the color one! SO glad to see it posted! Beautiful beautiful work! <333

OMG Cello, I've never had to work so diligently before!! lol
I'm all about the messy scrawl, not so much the painstaking light-handed shading. It was bloody hard to be so contained. That said, I think I'll definitely do it again, it's such a startling result! I didn't really know what to expect but I think I like the end product :)
